If there is any cancelation after the payment received by the client for Reiki healing, either, we will try to fix another appointment or will refund the payment. Whichever makes you happy.
Mostly, for Tarot card reading there won’t be any cancelation by Sacred Chimez, rather there will be delay in reading, which we will let you know. In case you are not happy with the delay then you can ask for a refund of your payment.
Reiki services:
If you want to cancel more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of a scheduled session, there will be no cancellations fee, and I will do my best to reschedule at the next mutually convenient time or you may ask for refund of your payment.
If you want to cancel less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of a scheduled session, there will be a cancellation fee of 20% of full fee for the scheduledsession time, and I will do my best to reschedule at the next mutually convenient time or you may ask for refund of 80%.
If you fail to show up without informing beforehand, the full fee for that scheduled session will be charged.
Tarot card reading:
Once you have made payment for your reading and we confirm your receipt, you will have 24 hours to cancel your reading if you wish to. You will get full refund.
Any cancellation after this period will incur the full fee.
