Reiki can be learnt and practised by people of all ages and walks of life.
SacredChimez practice and deals with the “traditional” Reiki that has three degrees, four symbols and five spiritual guidelines (sometimes called “Five Reiki Rules”). This method’s full name is Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and is considered to be the base style of Reiki.
The Reiki training is based on Reiki precepts, Meditations, Hands–On–Healing, Attunements, Symbols and daily practice.
One of the unique feature of learning Reiki is to treat and heal yourself whenever you need.
There are three levels / degrees in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki: Degree I, Degree II and DegreeIII
Degree I: DegreeI is called as ‘Shoden’. In the first degree, you are introduced to the Reiki Energy, and from here you start your physical healing process. You can also give Reiki to food, plants, animals, your family members and so on. This is the Degree / Level recommended to everyone.
DegreeII:DegreeII is called ‘Okuden’, from this level your energy channel gets expanded. This is the degree where you learn the symbol of emotional and distant healing. This degree deals with your inner self. This degree marks you as a qualified Reiki Practitioner.
DegreeIII: DegreeIII is called the ‘Shinpiden’. Here you receive the Master symbol and with enough training, you can teach and attune others into the practice of Reiki. DegreeIII focuses on your spiritual growth and meditation.
With each Degree, the energy within you flows better, and you channel Reiki easier. It is a gentle process of Reiki development. Taking all the three degrees at once is not recommended. It’s a step by step process.
Everyone should receive attunement to IstDegree, at least. IInd and IIIrd Degree are pathfor more advanced spiritual growth (learn when you feel ready) but, IstDegree is meant for you and for your loved ones. You can heal yourself, heal others and begin a new life – with or without spirituality.
